Caitlin’s patience, dedication and beautiful rapport built with my two shepherd mixes is 100% what I attribute to the success we have seen with them at home. I can see such an improvement in Mulder and Scully and not just in their abilities to follow commands but their engagement and eagerness to perform them too. Training them is now something that we genuinely all enjoy and have even managed to teach them a few new commands myself since they have been back home! My dogs were made to feel so welcome and the video updates really put my mind at ease to see how relaxed and at home they felt with Caitlin and the rest of the staff.During the hand over Caitlin made sure we knew what we would need to do to continue the successful training at home and knowing we have the lifetime support there, should we ever need it, is invaluable.
