It’s a big step leaving your much loved pet with someone else for 2 weeks. So here is Basil’s story:MDT were very helpful and reassuring when responding to our initial enquiry. Basil gets upset/reactive when he is nervous or unsure. We saw this as an opportunity to reset his behaviour and our understanding of him through someone else’s eyes. Beth sent us regular updates and videos showing his progress and how he was dealing with potentially stressful situations. Beth also provided training resources relevant to Basil’s future progress. Basil is a young dog and still a work in progress, but he is definitely calmer and he looks for guidance now, instead of “doing his own thing”. So we believe we got what we were looking for from the training for both Basil and us.Geoff & Deb
