Our German Shepherd has just returned home following a 3-week stay with a trainer. The booking website was very informative, and when I reached out to the support team, their responses were prompt and helpful in selecting the right course for our dog. Her main challenges included reactivity to other dogs and people during walks, pulling on the lead, and jumping up at home. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the trainer, who thoroughly explained everything, making us feel comfortable leaving our somewhat confused dog in her care. We received regular updates and videos showcasing her progress—both good and bad—with detailed explanations of the training methods used and the improvements made. When we picked her up, she was overjoyed to see us, and the trainer conducted an excellent handover, demonstrating the techniques and commands we needed to continue her training. My son practiced these methods under the trainer's patient guidance. There's a significant improvement in her walking; although she remains reactive to other dogs, we can manage it much better with the strategies provided. By the afternoon, we received a handover pack filled with valuable information about her specific training techniques, which will be incredibly useful moving forward. We've had several messages and discussions with the trainer since our return, and we appreciate the ongoing support for our delightful yet challenging dog. While she is still a work in progress, the advancements made in just three weeks are clear, and we aim to honor the solid foundation laid by the trainer. It’s evident that the trainer genuinely loves dogs and cares deeply about their behavior and well-being.
