I ordered the Dr Clean Tabs. I got all sorts of emails saying product was on the way. The product never came, I was sent a tracking number that said item was returned to sender. No delivery had ever been attempted. I contacted customer service via email numerous times and was told there was an issue with customs & that the package was being returned to them. They would not refund my payment until they received the item back and they had no idea when that might be. I explained since I did not create the issue an immediate refund was due. They refused again and, again said they had no idea when they might get the package back therfore there was no time frame on when a refund would be issued.I really question the validity of this company and its practices, I am sure I have been ripped off and would not recommend under any circumstances.
