Terrible experience. I ordered a Rum Advent on 11/9. It’s now 12/13 and it still hasn’t shipped. I requested a refund and was denied. I keep being told it’s stuck in customs. There’s no information on their site indicating an order can be delayed for this long. I will never use this platform again. Terrible.
