I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sartin. I had used a different company and they ghosted me. Now, I was apprehensive about trying again. I called My Dr's Note and Dr. Sartin actually answered the phone! He explained the process to me, was very courteous, and reassuring. I was able to make an appt in less than 48 business hours. Dr. Sartin understood my circumstances and was able to help my situation. He returned my paperwork to me in less than 48 hours. Mind you - this was a holiday weekend. There was a minor tweek that needed to be performed. He e-mailed me the correct version in hours. This place provides a valuable service and I'm very grateful I found them. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
