I am writing this review specifically to provide a factual counterpoint to the high volume of 5-star reviews, as my experience with MyEdSpace has been defined by constant service failures and serious concerns regarding educational continuity.We purchased the one-year Year 10 Maths and English home-schooling package. Since the start, I have had to constantly contact the company due to my son being repeatedly unable to access lessons.The first major issue was the site platform update, which, from day one, caused the learning portal to constantly crash and fail to load correctly, severely disrupting his studies until it was eventually fixed.However, the most critical failure occurred today, December 1st, just weeks before the school term officially ends on December 19th. As of today, all lessons have disappeared from the system. For parents relying on this service for home-schooling compliance with the Local Authority, this complete interruption of service is wholly unacceptable and puts our education reporting at risk.Furthermore, customer support is appalling. Responses often take hours, sometimes days. This morning, my son's Maths live lesson was due at 10:30 AM. I contacted WhatsApp support at 9:00 AM to report the missing lessons, and it is now 11:20 AM with zero resolution. This lack of immediate response during critical learning hours demonstrates a complete failure to support home-schooling families.The service we paid for is not being delivered, and the product is currently unfit for purpose. I strongly advise prospective home-schooling parents to consider the severe risk of unreliable technical infrastructure and unresponsive support.
