I ordered from the company and received a product labeled for children. I've been trying unsuccessfully to return it; initially, I just wanted the adult version, but this has been a nightmare. Now, I simply want a refund. I got a notification about another order I never placed. They asked me to send a picture, which feels ridiculous—I'm just fed up.
