I’m sharing this as a warning based on my experience.I requested a refund after the product stopped working within just 2 months. I was asked to return it, which I did on 31/03/2026. I then received confirmation from them that they had received the product and that the refund could proceed. I provided all the required details, and since then—nothing.After chasing multiple times with no response, I escalated the matter to the money claims court. Then, today, I received an email from them claiming they had not received the product at all (screenshot attached), directly contradicting their earlier confirmation.Interestingly, shortly after I posted about this on social media, the refund was finally processed.This entire situation has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly question their handling of customer issues and refunds.Fortunately, Connor Bryant Loupes supported me in the meantime by making a replacement and kindly allowing flexibility on payment until this issue was resolved.Please be cautious if you are considering this company.
