Worst experience. My partner has ordered his loupes 8 weeks ago with full payment completed. After the first day.. no response, no communication, no follow up. We are students here and we saved money for loupes so that we can work better.. however these people has left us in complete uncertainty and Unfortunately, the entire experience has been deeply disappointing and feels borderline fraudulent at this point. We have no clue where the loupes are, whether they have been manufactured and the representative have ghosted us from the day we submitted payment.Poorest service and so much mental strain. Please please strictly avoid buying expensive loupes from services like this who keeps you in dark and gives literally no information about your product that you have payed for; from your hard earned money🙏🏻
