I've been waiting on a frame repair, and received nothing. I've had to chase them through email, Instagram, WhatsApp and various other channels.I don't like leaving bad reviews, but if you're planning to make a purchase of loupes, I would suggest spending a bit more to get quality customer service. I've now been without my loupes for 2 months - waiting for a repair. The time isn't the critical part - the lack of communication is. And when it's a piece of equipment that you're reliant on everyday, it's worth investing in a company that will look after you.This has been a lesson for me, so I hope that this translates for anyone else considering using MyErgo.
