I met the rep who demonstrated the various models and was nice enough. I placed an order on 11th Feb and they didn’t arrive until the end of May (supposed to come in 7-9 weeks). I had to chase them up multiple times for updates and there were constant delays. The loupes themselves seemed well-built and good quality but the pupillary distance was wrong. I decided to get a refund because they weren’t much better than my other loupes and didn’t want to wait however long it would take for adjustments. The refund took 8 working days to be issued. Think customer care really needs improvement
