If it were possible, I would leave a zero-star review.I had a good demo and communication with the company last year 2024, so I returned in March this year to make a purchase, bringing two colleagues who were also interested in buying ergo loupes. However, this time, the communication felt off from the start. When I inquired about a possible discount for multiple purchases, as a final step before my buy, I was completely........ ghosted, with no response. This happened on 6th March, and on 8th March, they had increased their prices on website.When I emailed the company, the response I received had nothing to do with my inquiry. They had clearly mixed up emails and included personal details of another customer, who mentioned that his headband strap had broken. (good to know!) After that, my email was ignored entirely.This is the most unprofessional customer service imaginable. One of my colleagues reached out to me today, asking about my experience with this company, and I can confidently say: I do NOT recommend them. If you don’t want to waste money and additionally get a headache, stay away.And no, I will not remove this review unlike another customer who faced numerous issues with their purchase but now seems to have deleted their complaint.Ignoring someone is a deeply disrespectful and unacceptable approach with no justification, and potential clients deserve to know what to expect sooner or later.
