Everything was fine until I received my shoes, didn’t realize I ordered in UK sizing so the shoes were too big, I reached out for customer support and Oliver Liam said; Kindly let me know the reason for a return to assist you further? which I already did(the shoes don’t fit and I don’t want them after all) but they keep trying to get me to reorder the shoes for 50% off, now they won’t assist me at all, worst customer support experience ever, I thought they cared about customer satisfaction but apparently not, they won’t send me a return label and now they won’t answer me
