I had to email them 7 times before they finally tried to resolve the problem. They asked for the order number and a picture in every email. The order number was sent in the first email so I am not sure why they asked for it. The pics were sent in the second email, yet they asked for it several more times. This lets me know that there is no attention to detail and they are most likely using some type of AI to respond to emails. They sent me a completely different shoe than what I ordered. They told me that they could not process a return, but I can keep the shoe, and they would refund 50%. That should have been offered in the first email, not the 7th!!
