DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY COMPELTE SCAM AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sold me a product for Father’s Day, then told me a week later the product is out of stock then send me a link to a completely different product that looked AWFUL then I was told even if I chose the awful product there was no way I would have it by Father’s Day. Tried to reach out online only to be met with complete stupidity with a statement of “we don’t ship after purchase” and didn’t understand why I was saying that made no sense. Asked to speak to someone else was told I’d have to come back in 3 hours THEN they ended the conversation. I am beyond disgusted. I am now going to try and get my order made by a local embroidery company. I guess moral of the story is - support local business not companies who do not supply the product they advertised! Also, do not believe the reviews on their website- there is literally NO WHERE on that site you can put your reviews. Awful experience. 0/10 would never ever recommend.
