have purchased the boxer shorts each year for the last 3 years and they were great. This year I bought my daughter a silk nightie/robe. It is so bad. So short and nothing like the picture. It’s more like a top. It’s a faded colour and poor quality with threads hanging off and the worst part is the picture of her dog is totally the wrong colour. It was over $50! 🤦🏼♀️ The response I got was pretty much too bad. No apology or offer to rectify. Shocking customer service. They just keep sending a generic reply.
