Spent over $80 on product including "priority produce and shipping", reportedly sent on the 11th of December. The last shipping update was over a month ago saying it was in the Sydney depot. Not only did I not get it before Christmas (despite the 'guarantee'), but its obvious I won't be receiving this product at all after a month of no updates. Customer service are plain unhelpful. I've asked for a refund since the start of January to no avail. Obviously a SCAM. DO NOT buy.
