Horrible company. As soon as I placed my order I noticed that they applied a 30%tax and I sent an email immediately asking to cancel my order. No response, it took SEVERAL weeks to get the order and the quality was poor. Their website says we can return an item within 15 days of receipt in original packaging. I emailed them the same day I received the item stating that I wanted a refund. They responded that they would refund the overcharged tax and that it was a clerical error. I sent another email saying I wanted a refund. No response at all. I have disputed it with PayPal who, have been great actually.
