*UPDATED 13/12/25* This is the most disrespectful service I have ever encountered. They canceled my trip just 22 days before the event due to low bookings, coincidentally right before they would have had to pay compensation. They provided no warning and no assistance afterward. I was told to take a taxi home, despite expressing my discomfort as a young woman traveling alone. They were unhelpful and dismissive, even blocking me and my family on social media to avoid addressing our concerns. Their response to my complaints has been to ignore me, which is incredibly unprofessional. I've followed all their instructions, yet they continue to disregard my messages. I advise anyone to be cautious when dealing with this service.
