This is a fraudulent service. I stumbled upon it while trying to find my lost work phone and was in a panic because the verification for locating my phone was delayed. I feared it might have been stolen and wanted to locate it quickly. They advertise that they can track by phone number, but after signing up and paying, you discover that's not true, and their 'policy' forbids refunds. Total fraud.
