I didn't receive my wig. This was not due to My First Wig but the delivery company 'dpd' not informing me my parcel had arrived at my nearest dpd store. Because I was not informed my wig ended up being sent back automatically to 'My First Wig'. As this was not their fault I messaged them via Instagram asking them to either re-send the wig or refund me my money (it was a big amount). They kept avoiding the question even though they knew the wig was sent back to them. Instead they kept asking me if I was receiving their emails in which I told them no yet they kept asking repeatedly instead of answering my question and refunding me. In the end I had to contact paypal for a refund which paypal refunded me the money I paid. Overall wouldn't recommend because although me not receiving it wasn't their fault they didn't seem interested in refunding me or re-sending me the wig.
