They are quick to respond to get your order, then send a tracking link that seems legitimate until issues arise. They send poorly written emails asking for a contact number and then go silent. They request a delivery time, but the items never arrive. Their stated delivery hours of 10 AM-7 PM are not adhered to. There is no response to calls, messages, or emails. BEWARE.
