This is unquestionably a scam. I can't believe I fell for it. I bought tickets for a match and never received them. There was no response from the support email, and now the website is down. I checked the reviews on a review platform; they all looked suspiciously similar and were mostly posted on the same day. The site and business are registered to a single individual working from a residential address, who has multiple registered companies. The scam seemed well-executed, with a professional-looking site and Facebook ads. I should have noticed the lack of contact information and the dubious reviews. A painful lesson costing me £90.
