I ordered a tv unit and paid in full yesterday. Today I received an email off them cancelling my order. I now have to wait up to a week for the money to go back into my account so can’t order something else until this is done, meaning I won’t get anything now until after Xmas. No customer service number just email. So that’s over £500 I have to replace if I want to order something to get it before Xmas. Worst company I have dealt with. If it’s not in stock, don’t take the order or money off hard working people.
