Been using the company for nearly a year, I’ll state the good things, you are offered rewards for completing certain games and apps. Even still, it’s not perfect, and with the help customer support, my issues would be resolved. Now, I’ve been more invested in completing offers, however recently, they are refusing to pay. Compared to when I would complete a lower tier reward, it’ll post immediately, but as you progress further or EVEN make purchases, they no longer guarantee payout. With proof, they still deny me. With receipts, I’m still refused rewards owed. Then after contacting customer support on three separate occasions, I’ve been threatened with termination of my account. Be careful how you operate with this company, when it’s in their best interest, they’ll engineer ways to inconvenience the customer.
