This application is awful; tickets purchased with an existing email account are missing. It was also used for a child's club membership, which seems to have caused an issue with two accounts linked to one email, preventing the child from managing an email or paying membership fees. If the app was designed to complicate ticket purchases, it would deserve five stars for its poor execution.
