When I ordered my genetic test there was an issue at the lab and they never notified me that the testing was processed. I emailed them a month later and said hey where is my test and they said oh it's been done. I asked why they didn't send an email and they said there was a mix up at the lab. I said if there's a mixup at the lab wouldn't you check to notify the people especially since you knew there was a problem. Nope, they don't care.Also, when you order a test you are subscribed for a $99 a year subscription which I promptly cancelled as soon as I got into my profile. I don't want this subscription and certainly don't find it valuable enough to pay $99 per year. Even with a cancelled subscription, they charged my card anyways exactly a year later for the subscription that I already cancelled. I don't think this is a good company. They read this review within a day and emailed and didn't address how I can cancel and still be charged. Harassing me through emails to change this review puts this over the top. I just blocked the support email. I'm taking off one more star for them coming at me over this review.
