I’m truly grateful for how accommodating the florist was with my requests. Even though the flowers I ordered were out of season, they did their best to make my vision come to life. Their customer service was great, patient, responsive, and always willing to help with the changes and requests I had, even though my order was for next-day delivery.The only thing I think could be improved is the delivery status updates. It would be nice to track the order more easily. But their customer service was always there whenever I reached out, which made everything smooth and easy.Overall, I’m very thankful for the effort and care they put into making my order special. I really appreciate how much they tried to fulfill what I wanted and how easy they made the whole experience.
