I ordered this bouquet for a friend and it was marked as delivered… except it literally never arrived. The recipient never got anything. I reached out to customer support asking for proof of delivery, a photo, anything and they completely ignored me. No response, no accountability, just money gone and time wasted. Super disappointing.
