This is a mostly automated delivery service where the recipient may or may not receive the order. I even chose a delivery date two days early to make it easier but it failed to do so. The first two emails seem to be answered ok but it goes downhill from there. The recipient received a blank card with the florists number and an inaccurate time. No contact knock or bell ring. When she called and gave her information they said there was nothing for her, so after 6 attachments and 11 emails I decided there was no hope for keeping this a surprise and her receiving the order before 2/14 and she had to put in several hours over several days to claim her valentines gift. Eventually she received the flowers and I , part of the promised refund, but if you value your time and good reputation don’t trust it in the hands of this “My Global Flowers” so-called service. Not a service or a Luxury 😒
