The customer service I received was amazing. Very quick to respond and super helpful. This was my first Golden so I didn't know to ask about ICT. It turns out our dog has it. She is so sweet, but sheds her skin all over the house. We've been to a dermatologist and there's no cure. Trying different treatment options to no avail yet. So, always ask about ICT first.
