I have had major problems sourcing my BMW series 1 GPS software and maps. I had some updates from Will in 2019 which have been working brilliantly, Unfortunately newer maps would not work. However with Will's very patient help over the last 2 weeks, and him sending me some newer software, we managed to get it to work. Can't thank you enough. By the way The system manufacturers (from China) and NaviExtras were of no use at all
