Ordered a bag of pre-cooked chicken as well as a couple of "pots of gold". All the food was great quality, but the chicken had a really short date and was labeled to be "used by". Reached out to customer support who initially were very helpful, an promised to send out a replacement bag once they were back in stock. Unfortunately this never arrived and I've heard nothing since!
