I’ve been using GSN for about 8 years, initially buying from my gym, and then in bulk online. I buy both the protein pots and bags of chicken, my husband and I are both shift workers and they are so easy to carry into work. I can also take a few pots at a time and leave them defrosting in the fridge or even in my rucksack! Tip is to remember to stir near the end and then be patient and let stand for a few minutes so the sauces thicken up! I like the huge range of flavours and find them the most consistent in quality. The customer service is also really good, I’ve had a handful of very small problems over the years and they really do seem to be a family run company that go out of the way to support.
