I bought my granddaughter an Ancestry DNA kit for Christmas and bought myself a My Heritage kit. The Ancestry site is so much better. It identifies so much more and is a lot easier to navigate. I also cancelled the free subscription for MyHeritage, as it ended before I had even got my DNA results back. However, they still took the money out of my bank and over 10 days later, they have not refunded me the almost £120 they had taken. Poor communication. I would not recommend MyHeritage.
