Absolute nightmare.
All they seem to want is for me to keep spending my cash, I was told that results for traits test would be ready within hours as they already had my DNA. I paid for this test over a week ago and still no results. The contact us option is frustrating as you are faced with many questions before you can actually message them. I gave up.
