I supported their Indigogo campaign a few months ago and even though most of us still have no news about when the units will be sent due to different problems.And some even reporting problems with the small number delivered. This company showed a totally lack of transparency through their communication, not answering bakers questions and if so only with template messages to try to keep the good image of their company. Never ending limited offers that resets wheen the countdown get to 0, months waitings with with no updates, bakers asking for a refund with no answer and so on. Surely I do not recommend this company to anyone until they change the way of doing things. P.S We'll see how good their product is if it arrives at some point.
