This company is a complete scam. All the reviews on this site are fake. Do not waste your money on this. The product is junk. this has, undoubtedly, been the worst customer service experience in my entire lifeThey do not honor their return policy. On their website, it was written clearly :“Opened objects may only be returned under warranty”It would found that my product was defective under the warranty, yet they would not issue a return and refund, rather they wanted to exchange it. After a back and forth about the wording in the policy, they changed the wording on their website to:“Opened objects may only be exchanged for a new one under warranty”They deceptively tried to change the wording on their web site while in the middle of refusing to issue me a return. They did not stand by their policy that was clearly listed on their website. I have the email chain to prove that they acknowledged the previous wording on the website, as well as screenshots from the website before it was changed. Will be filing a charge back with my credit card company as well as filing a report with the FTC about this fraudulent company and their practicesEdit: in response to their response.It is simply a matter of honoring and upholding the policy they you have clearly written on your website.
