Our family stayed at Margarita’s beautiful villa in Kalo Chorio in Crete in August 2019 for 2 weeks. There are so many lovely things to say about our holiday, but first a special mention to Margarita who is so welcoming and generous. Many thanks to you Margarita for a very special holiday.The villa is secluded with magnificent views and is beautifully decorated and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. It was so relaxing and peaceful. The boys particularly enjoyed the pool, feeding the cats and the football pitch just down the road. It is within an easy walk of the local village and a welcoming taverna with good local food and wine.The local villages, shops and tavernas are a short drive away, as are the beaches and Heraklion and many other tourist spots. We found it to be a good location for exploring this region of Crete. Overall, a great holiday and thoroughly recommended.
