Over Two Weeks Delivery?!? Now you’d be wondering why I’m complaining, but I paid for express delivery and contacted them to say I wanted my order to be high priority. Wanting the parcel within the week, is quite standard delivery getting it under the week is what express delivery should be. Told I would be high priority. Complaint No.1 Thought my order would be gift wrapped. Complain No.2 Thought my specialised Note would be included. Complaint No.3 Continuous ignorance from the social media staff, while they contacted other customers. Complaint No.3 When asked for a refund on the express delivery, and things I didn’t receive, which I paid for. I was offered barely anything. A mere 20% compared to the compensation for paying for a product and receiving nothing close to it.
