First, schedule a call with a doctor was easy and simple. They spoke excellent English and could address my questions. I received my treatment the next day (in Tokyo) and while I was nervous, their explanatory booklet was there to guide me. They offer a regular check-in support through LINE (or email) and I really like the kindness and supportive comment from the person who's been writing to me. If you're worried about starting a weight loss treatment and would rather go through an online service than finding an English speaking clinic, I can say I'm 100% satisfied by MyJuniper.
