Original review (2019). I was having relationship problems with my girlfriend at the time and I often found myself conflicting with my friends as well. I often got upset at people around me and felt like no one understood me. I had always hoped that my relationships would get better over time, but things actually got worse as I was trying to solve them on my own. I felt unhappy most days and began to accept it as how it was going to be for the rest of my life.Bryan is an expert at finding a good starting point. For my relationship problems, we began by identifying and unlearning some of my poor communication skills and adopting healthier ways to address concerns with people and learning to really listen before I speak. These few things were simple enough to remember yet required many practices with Bryan, who was with me the whole way. Little did I know that the year I spent receiving counseling and coaching from Bryan would pay off in other areas of my life!As a result of that process, I have gained genuine, lifelong friendships. I also married the girl of my dreams! To this day, my wife and I often talk about how we would have not made it this far without the valuable training and coaching from Bryan.Update (2022). It has been several years since I've first received counseling and coaching from Bryan and I am still very much grateful for everything he has done for me. I am a father now and as I strive to be a good role model, teacher, and friend to my daughter, I am always reminded of Bryan's coaching.
