MyLahore LeedsFirst time going, and definitely my last time. First of all I'm not one to complain, so I shall start off with all the positives. 1. Free car park, that's unless I get ticketed. We will soon find out.2. Entrance is close to car park, literally a 5 second walk.3. Has a waiting area with seats, nice.4. Has a range of table seats, we took the rounded comfy ones.5. Staff were very friendly and polite, initially. Right, onto the main course. So we sat down and waited, our waitress took a while to get to us whilst my toddler was screaming the house down, no fault of the restaurant, but not mine either. So our food finally came, and before I had chance to even take a single bite the waitress came over to ask how the spice level was. Now this, is a very nice touch. I'd like to know what happens in the event I say not enough spice, or otherwise, especially considering the following. So whilst eating I discovered something very hard in my mouth, yep, my luck... a bone. It kinda annoyed me somewhat, but you know what? I guess these things do happen from time to time. So I asked my waitress when she next came around to ask us about the food, I questioned whether or not mine should have bones in it, and she said no. Moments later the manager came over to apologise, and he quickly, and swiftly took away the bone with a tissue. He said he needs it so he can contact his supplier... yeah right. More like he wants to save his own skin from a judge. He then asked me if I'm okay to continue, I initially said yes because like I said I'm not one to complain...however it kinda put me off the rest, so I just didn't eat anymore. Like wasn't me mentioning it to them enough? Anyway fast forward until all of us left food on the plates because food was bad honestly. Waitress came around to offer us a dessert menu, but we didn't want anything. She did her best and she deserved a tip, but unfortunately I couldn't give a tip if the food or service was not good. Service was good, but the food wasn't, service from the manager could have been better... Manager took the bone off my plate and said he needed it to contact the supplier.... why? For a refund? You didn't offer to compensate your customer with a refund did you? So that means he wants to profit from his customers bad experiences lol? In fact, he didn't even acknowledge me at all when we left. It was almost as if we were enemies now, the vibe had changed. Yes, maybe he could see that I wasn't happy, well, who would be if the food was bad... Food ratingsSo food was left, my wife didn't eat her fish burger, half of it fell out as she was eating because of the way it's made. She said it was 5/10. My kid didn't eat the pizza, but I did because I was hungry, and I would have given it a 2/10. My Lahori Chicken Karahi special was not so special in the end, and because I wanted to make a point here I asked them to pack everything except the chicken because I had been put off by it. It would be a 5/10 if there was no bone in it, but there was, so it's a 3/10 from me. My milkshake was good, so good that my baby girl drank it all. So I'll give it a 10/10 on her behalf. Waitress came and gave us these little cheap tubs which were all broken, so even if I did take the chicken it would have leaked everywhere anyway. This isn't the waitress fault, probably because the manager is a cheapskate and doesn't check them. She did give us three lollipops though, that's after my wife had already told me specifically to not take any lollipops before this, the waitress came up and handed them directly to my baby girl. Not good.Onto the packing...We had to pour it into the tubs ourself, I suppose this is fair, some people probably even prefer this. However I specifically asked for the rice to be packed when I placed the order, and this was completely ignored. So now all I have is rice that was sat out for this whole meal and then packed afterwards.Anyway the bill came, I paid it in full and left.Closing comments It would have been good for them to refund the dish that had the foreign object in it, it could have broken my tooth, could have made me choke and if I gave that to my baby girl, let's not even go there...Even if they pay me £5000 I'm not removing this review. I want people to know what happens if you get a bone. I mean maybe I would have got a refund if I asked, I mean they did ask me if I was okay to continue with it... initially I said yes, but then they had plenty of time to watch me eating the cold pizza and hard cold chips, I wish I didn't... so if you read this maybe pass on the cold pizza or chips.That's the last interaction we had from the manager. Completely ignored on the way out, that's why I'm leaving this review. Waitress deserved the tip, and the tip would have been the refunded amount of the chicken which was £15. Manager took my bone to profit it seems.It is 3am right now, I woke up hungry due to this. That's all for now.
