If you can, avoid the company not because it’s a scam, but because they operate with a business model that feels 15 years outdated.Let’s start from the beginning. The website looks terrible, and from a UX/UI perspective it’s not very transparent or easy to navigate.But that’s the smaller issue. The payment process isn’t secure either they store payment details on their own website and you have to enter your card information directly into their own fields. If I hadn’t had a disposable/one-time card (like the ones from Revolut or Wise), I definitely wouldn’t have placed an order. There is also bank transfer and cash on delivery (which costs almost 5 euros). No Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay.I’m not saying they need to blindly follow every trend and integrate every possible payment method, but these are basic security and convenience solutions.The product did arrive, packaging was good, but unfortunately it didn’t work, so I returned it.One positive is the 30-day return period, but again, this is where the 15-year-old technology really shows. You have to download a .docx file and fill in about 15 fields explaining why you’re returning the product. There are fields like “telefax” and similar no offense, but what is this? On other websites, the system already has your data, or it’s enough to provide your order number. As far as I know, under EU law you’re not even required to give a reason for returning a product.And on top of that, you also have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
