Lifeforce has made it easy for me to have critical labs done in the convenience of my home through flexible online scheduling, quick results, and keeps me on a regular cadence to monitor change as my body ages. Getting the results is one thing (this is not your typical lab results output) but what I really like is the simplicity of the user interface that allows me to easily understand the results followed up by a tele-health visit. I have health conditions and take medications - my provider was aware of this and the conversation was reflective of my unique health profile. While Lifeforce also provides supplements that can help support optimal health and at no point have I felt pressure to buy. There are certain supplements I cannot take and what I appreciated is that the provider helped with alternate solutions that were not necessarily supplement based - again based on my own unique needs and health status.
