I purchased a bag back in late December of 2025. I was continuously reaching out for an update on my order. They would reply stating my order is expected to arrive between December 26th and January 6th. I still have not received the item that I fully paid for. When I continued to reach out for an update since the arrival date had surpassed, their reply was that is was simply due to the season and that the item is still on the way as they reached out to the carrier for this update. Another week passed the same reply to my follow up on delivery. After several weeks had passed, they stated that they apologize for the inconvenience and I had one of two options...receive a complimentary bag free of charge and still continue to keep the original order once it arrives or request a full refund. Well, I went for the latter and requested the free complimentary bag. Well guess what...I still have not received that item at this time as well. As I continue to follow up, they eventually said that my original order has been lost in transit and the courier can no longer locate the item. After several back and forth I asked when they will be sending me a replacement of my original order since this item was paid in full, they stated that I would have to pay another $80.00 in order for them to do so. I stated that was bs and they should eat the $80.00 for stringing me along this far. Not only that, the complimentary bag that they promised to send has still not arrived and was expected to be delivered by January 13th. When I asked for an update on that delivery, they stated the same answer as my original order...the shipment has been delayed. I find it odd that two separate shipments have the same result. My recommendation is do not buy/trust this company as you will most likely not receive your order. I have asked for a full refund from the company. Waiting for their reply.
