TL;DR: there is NO support, but some "persons" will bully you instead of help. Well, i was using "mymeest" services for a while (around a year) for order shipments from the USA to Ukraine. Latest time I decided to use their "buyout" service, where they buy with their card and their account on the chosen site. I paid for these services in addition to the item cost. Item came broken, I wrote to live-chat where received a link to "ticket creation" where I should leave my complaint. Ok, I followed the link, filled in my complaint and automatical answer said "wait for 14 working days". And here things getting funnier. After 17 working days I politely asked, will i receive answer or not. Nothing happened. Ok, i waited TWO months in total, no response. Tried to write in the live-chat on their website again, but it is turned off now! I wrote my story on Instagram, and added screenshots. Someone from Ukrainian unit answered me, that they asked "a boss" to answer my question eventually. Thanks to this person (i suppose) "the boss" answered me. Should I say that there was no "sorry for the late response"? Or "we are sorry to keep you waiting"? No, there was an answer done with grammatical mistakes that was blaming me, that i should have read the rules and they won't refund or do anything. And for this answer I waited for 2 month instead of 14 days as they promised? Moreover, another person on their USA page on Instagram left me very rude message in DM. Long story short, this company won't answer you and won't help if something happens, but this company WILL bully you in all instances instead! And one more thing. Don't be cheap on hiring support. They are face of your company. And the face of MyMeest company is completely terrible. It's a shame.
