I've been trying to use this product for four cycles, but it has been extremely uncomfortable. When I contacted the support team, they suggested I check their online guide, which I was already following. I still experience leaks and have to use liners or period underwear. It's painfully uncomfortable for me, and I've needed help from my partner to remove it since the pull tab is hard to access. It may work for some, but it's not for everyone, and the lack of support from customer service was disappointing after spending nearly $100.
