My counsellor Janice was very non judgemental in her response to my anxiety issues and she helped me a lot in dealing with my negative thoughts and emotions that kept me in low spirits.i need to forgive myself more for being my true self to others to stop people pleasing too much.whatever my thoughts are they are my own as well as my feelings and reactions to others.if they dont like how I respond to them it is on them not me.
